Using our bespoke Prism software, you will be required to build and maintain document templates by analysing and extracting data from our customers documents. You will be part of a team building new templates for our customers, whilst also providing ongoing support to our existing customers as they make regular changes to their document templates. This role is fast paced and technically focused, suitable for candidates with an interest in tech, systems and data. You will also be required to rewrite healthcare letter templates into plain English, allowing patients to receive their letters in a format they require, such as Braille, Audio, Large Font or ClearRead. Key Responsibilities: Build, configure and maintain document templates using our in house software Analyse and extract data from structured documents Investigate and troubleshoot template and software issues Rewrite healthcare documents into accessible formats for patients (plain English, Braille, Audio, Large Font) Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality control in response to change Support customers with queries related to documents and data extraction Following pre-defined procedures and documentation to aid timely task resolution Producing and maintaining a clear and concise log of activities What we are looking for: A logical, methodical mind-set with a strong capability for problem solving Be accurate and have a keen eye for detail An enthusiasm for learning new software Excellent written and verbal communication skills, that demonstrate professionalism and a customer focus (Essential) Adaptable and open to change Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines (Essential) Experience within an entry level tech-based role or an entry level tech/software course Experience working with structured data or documents Proven ability to work without supervision, but can communicate progress (Essential) Proven ability to work in a team environment (Essential) Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time working on DSE (Essential) Plan, control and organise their own activities whilst working on more than one task
