Role Overview

  • We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking Word and PDF Experts to work on a part time basis.
  • This role involves editing, formatting, and converting documents in Word and PDF formats to meet client specifications.
  • Candidates must demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with relevant software tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and proofread Word documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
  • Convert Word documents to PDF and vice versa while preserving layout and content integrity.
  • Apply consistent styling, fonts, and templates to documents as required by clients.
  • Ensure compliance with client specific guidelines for document structure and presentation.
  • Upload processed documents to client platforms and verify successful submission.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF editing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail to identify and correct errors in documents.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and client specific formatting requirements.
  • Experience with document conversion between Word and PDF formats.
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines for multiple client requests.
