The Document Controller manages the creation, control, coordination, and retention of manufacturing and quality documentation.
The role supports precision-machined pressure boundary components for CANDU nuclear reactor programs and aerospace AS9100D requirements.
The position coordinates documentation between Quality, Engineering, Finance, Program Management, Logistics, suppliers, and customers.
History Docket and File Management
- Compile, create, and maintain History Dockets and History Files for nuclear pressure boundary components.
- Ensure packages contain material certifications, inspection and test reports, NDE records, dimensional inspections, nonconformance records, and release documentation.
- Verify record completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission.
