About the Studio
Light.Func is an award-winning lighting design studio with a creative approach to project delivery.
The studio manages a portfolio of approximately 35 projects each year, with multiple simultaneous deadlines.
About the Role
The role combines document control, project coordination, secretarial support, and administration.
The position keeps submissions, deliverables, project information, and deadlines moving across the studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project submissions through Aconex and maintain deliverables lists.
- Perform documentation QA/QC checks before issue.
- Manage BIM 360 uploads, tracking, and version control.
- Maintain structured project filing and distribute incoming information.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, resources, tasks, and timelines.
- Monitor milestones, report progress, and flag risks to Senior Designers.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams.
- Provide secretarial, document control, and administrative support.
- Organise team lunch-and-learn calendars.
