Document Controller (Saudi National)

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain filing systems, schedules, and records.
• File correspondence, reports, and bulletins and log reports and correspondence.
• Process contractor submittals and Requests for Information and log responses.
• Support and review contractor submittals for compliance with contract documents.
• Provide technical and administrative review of construction documents.
• Compare design intent, RFIs, and submittals and coordinate information between projects.
• Develop clear and consistent file structures and implement communication and workflow controls.

Required Skills

• At least two years of work experience.
• Knowledge of document control work processes.
• Ability to perform in a lead capacity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and company policies and procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of database concepts and project-related software.
• Well-versed in EDMS; Aconex software is preferred.
• Membership or certification in Enterprise Content Management or ARMA is preferred.
