Document Controller Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and update documents in electronic management systems.
- Communicate document requirements and client standards to the project team.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control of engineering documents.
- Provide necessary documentation assistance to the Project Manager.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CDT, CACM, CBCS, ASQ, CCS, MOS, CSCP, CQA, or CDS are preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience complying with Federal, State, and Local record management regulations is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is listed as a preferred qualification.
Required Qualifications
- An associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
- Active participation in the employee-owned culture is required.
