Overview
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Document Controller & Supplier Registration Specialist** to manage end-to-end documentation and vendor registration processes, with a strong focus on **ADNOC supplier registration and prequalification**.
- The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all required documents to support client onboarding and approval.
- Maintain, organize, and control company and client documentation in both digital and physical formats
- Ensure proper document versioning, tracking, and archiving
- Implement and maintain document control procedures and filing systems
- Handle end-to-end supplier registration on ADNOC and other government/enterprise portals
- Prepare, review, and upload required documentation in compliance with portal requirements
- Monitor application status and follow up for approvals or clarifications
- Compile and submit prequalification dossiers including technical, financial, and HSE documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather required information
- Ensure submissions meet all compliance and quality standards
*Required Qualifications & Skills*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in document control and supplier/vendor registration
- Hands-on experience with ADNOC supplier registration is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE business documentation and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
• ICV Certification (preferred)
- Experience with document management systems and online portals
Preferred Attributes
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive follow-up skills
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Experience in oil & gas or business setup consultancy is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
