Overview

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical knowledge of document control systems and processes.
• Plan, allocate, and evaluate workloads to meet project requirements.
• Use effective time management and detail-oriented working practices.
• Adapt to change and use initiative to provide practical solutions to complex issues.
• Propose areas for continual improvement.
• Encourage teamwork and maintain an effective team environment.
• Use strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of work experience is expected.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration is expected.
• Experience in Primavera Unifier is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, drawings, letters, and minutes of meetings is required.
• Experience with workflows, approval cycles, and tracking logs is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint is required.
• Arabic and English speakers are preferred.
