Overview

  • Location: Qatar
  • Salary: 4000 QAR
  • Reporting to: General Manager
  • Premium Solutions Consultancy is currently seeking a Document Controller on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities

  • Efficient filing and organization of documents
  • Preparation and management of contracts
  • Experience in Engineering Procurement and Construction processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and IT related tasks
  • Drafting professional emails and letters
  • Archiving and maintaining document repositories

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, preferably in related industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Independent, enthusiastic, with a pleasant personality, and capable of handling work under pressure.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
