Document Controller

At Downer Energy & Utilities, we are seeking a highly organised and detail focused Document Controller to join our Commercial, Performance & Risk team.

Reporting to the Document Control & Records Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the management and control of project documentation across the full project lifecycle.

Working closely with delivery teams, project controls, commercial teams, clients and delivery partners, you will ensure document management processes are followed, documentation remains accurate and accessible, and project requirements are met.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced document control professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to support successful project delivery.

Please note this is a Milton based opportunity supporting our Unity Water program.

Regular travel may be required to Mango Hill and other site locations on the North side and Sunshine Coast/Moreton Bay region pending business requirements.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a Document Control role is preferred.
• Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• TeamBinder configuration and system knowledge will be highly regarded.
• Sound understanding of document control principles, methodologies and best practices.
• Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
