Job Details
The role is for a Document Controller based in Liverpool, England.

Document Management
- Follow standardized global document management system administration processes.
- Review document content for compliance with template standards and format documents.
- Apply release criteria, including verification of prerequisites.
- Complete reference assessments for document obsoletion and support periodic review workflows.
- Generate standard reports and document listings.
Records Management
- Support paper and electronic records management and archival activities.
- Follow standardized local and global records management processes.
- Receive and process routine or audit document requests.
- Organize, file, log, and retrieve paper records and electronic documents.
- Prepare paper documents for offsite long-term storage or destruction.
- Reconcile documents sent to or returned from offsite storage.
- Complete periodic reviews of trackers and onsite storage facilities.
