Role overview
Join the Finance Department as a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller.
Maintain accurate financial documentation, manage document flow, control versions, and support timely record retrieval.
Document control duties
- Manage, organize, and maintain finance-related documents and records.
- File, index, scan, and archive financial documents.
- Maintain document registers, trackers, electronic filing systems, and physical files.
- Control document movement and distribution between Finance and other departments.
- Ensure documents are correctly named, categorized, stored, complete, and authorized.
- Track pending documents, approvals, signatures, and submissions.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, and other departments for supporting documents.
Finance and audit support
- Maintain records related to invoices, payments, purchase orders, contracts, receipts, and expense claims.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive financial information.
- Monitor document retention and archiving requirements.
- Prepare regular document status reports and trackers for Finance management.
