Key Responsibilities
- Manage project documents, records, correspondence, registers, revisions, submissions, approvals, and tracking logs.
- Receive, register, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems with accurate and retrievable records.
- Ensure the latest approved document versions are available to relevant teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments on document submissions and approvals.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely distribution of project documentation.
- Support project teams with document-related requirements.
