Responsibilities
- Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents
- Maintain document registers for drawings, submittals, correspondence, and reports
- Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and filing (hard & soft copies)
- Distribute documents to internal teams, consultants, and clients as required
- Track approvals, revisions, and document status
- Maintain updated records of drawings, RFIs, submittals, and transmittals
- Support project teams with document retrieval and reporting
- Coordinate with engineers, planners, and project managers
- Ensure confidentiality and security of project documents
- Support audits and project handover documentation
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3–7 years experience as Document Controller in contracting / construction projects
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Aconex / EDMS experience preferred
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Familiar with construction documentation procedures
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred

Overview
- We are seeking an organized and detail oriented Document Controller to manage, control, and maintain project documents for our contracting / construction projects. The candidate will ensure proper document flow, version control, and compliance with company and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents
- Maintain document registers for drawings, submittals, correspondence, and reports
