- Maintain and manage all project documents in an organized filing system
- Ensure proper document control procedures including numbering, version control, and revision tracking
- Receive, record, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing project documents
- Maintain document registers and logs for drawings, submittals, RFIs, transmittals
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Prepare and issue document transmittals
- Archive project documents and maintain records
- Support project and administrative team in maintaining documentation
- Ensure confidentiality and security of project documents

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all project documents including drawings, technical documents, contracts, reports, and correspondence in an organized filing system.
- Ensure proper document control procedures, including document numbering, version control, and revision tracking.
- Receive, record, distribute, and track all incoming and outgoing project documents such as shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical approvals.
- Maintain document registers and logs for drawings, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors regarding document submission, approval status, and document updates.
- Prepare and issue document transmittals to consultants, clients, and subcontractors as required.
- Maintain proper electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Archive project documents and maintain records for future reference and compliance with company procedures.
- Support the project and administrative team in maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all project related documents and company records.
