We are looking for a **Document Controller** with experience in the **construction industry** to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing project documentation, maintaining proper records, and coordinating with project teams to ensure all documents are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all project documents (drawings, submittals, RFIs, reports).
- Ensure proper document control procedures and filing systems.
- Track and update document revisions.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors regarding documentation.
- Ensure documents are properly distributed and recorded.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare reports related to document status.
Requirements
- Minimum **2–5 years UAE experience** as Document Controller in **construction**.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Experience handling **drawings, BOQ, submittals, and project correspondence**.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in **Aconex, EDMS, or similar systems** is a plus.
