About the Role

Responsibilities
- Distribute project documents, drawings, and correspondence to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing project correspondence (letters, transmittals, and memos)
- Maintain accurate document registers, logs, trackers, and project records
- Follow up with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely document submissions and approvals
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry
- Hands on experience with Aconex Document Management System
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures, workflows, and document numbering systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PDF editing software
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of project documents

Requirements

Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,500 AED 4,500 per month
