Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Document Controller** on a **short-term contract basis** to manage and maintain project documentation efficiently.
The candidate will ensure proper control, filing, tracking, and distribution of documents in line with company procedures and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage **project documents**, including incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure proper **document control procedures**, filing, and record keeping.
- Register, track, and distribute **drawings, submittals, RFIs, letters, and technical documents**.
- Maintain updated **document logs** and ensure version control.
- Coordinate with project team, consultants, and contractors for document submissions.
- Ensure documents are properly **archived and easily retrievable**.
- Assist in preparing reports and document status updates.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum **3+ years of experience** as a Document Controller (preferably in construction projects).
- Good knowledge of **document control systems and procedures**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
