- Manage and maintain engineering and project-related documents systematically.
- Maintain document, drawing, correspondence, and transmittal registers.
- Control document numbering, revisions, approvals, and distribution.
- Coordinate submissions with engineers, project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Maintain engineering drawings, design documents, technical reports, BOQs, MPR/DPR, and project correspondence.
- Track comments, revisions, approvals, and pending submissions.
- File, retrieve, update, and archive engineering documents.
