Responsibilities
- Monitor dispatch documentation against KPI timelines (Within KPI, Exception, Major Exception)
- Acquire, verify, and upload delivery documents into internal system within stipulated time frame
- Identify and escalate delayed cases as per SOP (24 hrs, 72 hrs, Major Exception)
- Liaise with loading sites, ground teams, transporters, and third party facilities to obtain pending documentation
- Maintain exception tracking logs and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Support Controllers and Operations Managers during major exceptions
- Provide weekly exception analysis and highlight chronic non compliant loading points
- Ensure client communication is clear, professional, and only triggered after internal escalation is exhausted
- Work with management on accountability measures (performance issues, repeat delays)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in logistics documentation or operations support
- Familiarity with customs procedures and transport documentation preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word) and Salesforce (or similar data entry/reporting tools)

Role Overview
