Responsibilities
- Utilize MEDCHART to validate and track Army Reserve and National Guard MEBs
- Forward MEB packages to MTF or MEBROC after Government approval
- Support liaison between PEBLO, National Guard Surgeon's Office, and Army Reserve Command
- Review Army Reserve and National Guard STR for completeness and compliance
- Extract data from VTA and consolidate in MEBTO case logs
- Monitor status of regulated cases and determine frequency of missing documentation
- Upload missing documentation from iPERMS or HRR
- Manage and assign MEB Prep cases for various Army components
- Assist with MEDCOM G8 to audit Fiscal Year LOAs
- Prepare and publish MEBTO case log daily
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; relevant experience required
- Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Must be able to obtain favorable National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI) results
- US Citizenship required

Position Overview
- CIS seeks a Document Control Analyst II to support the OTSG/MEDCOM DES contract in San Antonio, TX.
- The Document Control Analyst II ensures newly assigned CSP are orientated on all MEBTO processes.
Other Duties To Include
- Utilize MEDCHART to validate and track Army Reserve and National Guard MEBs.
- Forward MEB packages to MTF or MEBROC.
- Support liaison between PEBLO, National Guard Surgeon's Office, and Army Reserve Command.
- Review Army Reserve National Guard and USAR component STR for completeness.
- Extract data from VTA and consolidate in MEBTO case logs.
- Monitor status of regulated cases.
- Upload missing documentation from iPERMS or HRR.
- Manage and assign MEB Prep cases.
- Assist MEDCOM G8 to audit Fiscal Year LOAs.
