New equipment installations, layout planning, equipment renewals, equipment upgardation

Manage and coordinate between shop floor, plant maintenance, Supply chain and maker related to new equipment renewals, upgaradation and installation, layout modification, commissioning etc.

Manage and coordinate New Model Launch projects from planning to implementation.

Coordination with EN,QA,Shop floor related to tester line readiness for new models introduction involving data management, validation and confirmation

Design and develop manufacturing equipment using AutoCAD and 3D CAD tools.

Support vehicle assembly and inspection-related activities for new model introduction.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and issue resolution.

Develop basic utility applications using Visual Basic (VB/VBA) as per business requirements.

Participate in electronics-related projects and support implementation of electronic systems in manufacturing processes.

Drive process improvements, equipment optimization, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
