Responsibilities
- Prepare and review civil drawings, designs, and calculations in line with Dubai Municipality standards
- Coordinate with design consultants, site engineers, and project managers to ensure constructible and compliant designs
- Submit drawings and documents for DM approvals and respond to authority comments
- Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and monitor quality and safety compliance
- Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Contribute to cost effective and sustainable engineering solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline
- Experience with Dubai Municipality design standards and approval procedures
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering software
- Ability to read and review technical drawings and specifications
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Previous experience in Dubai or UAE construction sector preferred
- DM approval or prior DM submission experience is an advantage
