Job Description
We are looking for a **DM Approved Engineer** with a strong background in contracting and the ability to handle **both engineering responsibilities and sales/business development**.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution along with the capability to generate leads, meet clients, and secure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction/project activities
- Ensure compliance with **Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and approvals**
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- Prepare project documentation, drawings, and reports
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Meet potential clients and close sales deals
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Must have **Dubai Municipality (DM) Approval** as an Engineer
- Minimum **5 years of UAE experience** in contracting/construction
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and approval processes
- Proven experience in **sales/business development** in contracting field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- UAE Driving License is preferred
- Ability to handle both **technical and commercial roles**
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 10,000 (based on experience)
