Job Purpose
The Technical Coordinator manages project technical requirements during the Defects Liability Period and subsequent Annual Maintenance Contract.
The role ensures client complaints and maintenance issues are promptly attended to, properly resolved, and followed through to completion.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and attend to client complaints, defects, and maintenance requests during DLP and AMC periods.
- Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and coordinate required rectification works.
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers for timely maintenance and corrective works.
- Maintain complaint, inspection, rectification, service report, and pending issue records through closure.
Project and Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, site team, suppliers, and subcontractors on warranty, spare parts, and technical requirements.
- Prepare regular DLP and AMC status reports on outstanding issues, recurring defects, and client concerns.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure AMC schedules and service requirements are completed as planned.
- Maintain professional client communication and handle issues within agreed response times.

- Work location is in person.
