The Divisional Coordinator enables the efficient operation and effective coordination of critical divisional processes and provides executive-level coordination, administration and relationship management support to the Senior Director, Program Development. This role also provides a functional contribution to the Program Design and Policy team in the areas of program policy reviews, analysis, issues management, functional and divisional projects and the creation of approval reports and other written material.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, public policy, agriculture or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with business processes or within a legislative and regulatory framework
Effective communication and organizational skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in progressive administrative roles supporting a senior leader
Experience in public sector an asset
Experience in agricultural industry or government programs an asset
