Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site District Sales Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The District Sales Manager will oversee multiple Caribou Coffee stores, ensuring each location meets sales targets, delivers excellent guest service, and complies with brand standards and operational procedures.
Responsibilities include monitoring daily store performance, analyzing sales reports, and implementing local sales and promotional initiatives to drive revenue and profitability.
The role involves coaching, mentoring, and developing store managers and their teams, including scheduling, performance reviews, and succession planning.
The District Sales Manager will regularly visit stores, resolve operational issues, support new store openings, ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and HR to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multi-unit retail or food & beverage management, preferably in coffee or quick service environments.
- Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to set targets, analyze sales data, and implement local market strategies.
- People leadership capabilities, including team coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and talent development.
- Operational excellence skills, including inventory control, cost management, scheduling, and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build guest loyalty and uphold consistent service and brand standards across all stores.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations, priorities, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic office and reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, POS and reporting systems) and comfort working with data and KPIs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
