Incumbent will oversee all aspects of the District Permit Section, including, but not limited to, the review and issuance of highway access permits, analysis of transportation improvements including proposed traffic signal systems, roadways improvements, utility installations, mitigation measures for proposed developments, directional drilling, aerial installations, residential and commercial driveway permits, etc.

Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs customer service work (email, telephone, and in person) to potential permit grantees and other public and private entities to ensure effective, consistent, and streamlined MassDOT permitting process.
