Position Overview
Lead and develop a dedicated team of Merchandisers supporting a multinational beverage client in Eastern Ontario.
Serve as the key link between field teams, the Client Service Manager, client partners, and Acosta leadership.
Drive people leadership, coaching, talent development, operational excellence, relationship management, and results through others.
Workplace and Travel
- The position is home-office based and requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Travel is expected to be 50–75% for field coaching, retailer visits, team meetings, and client or leadership interactions.
- Occasional overnight travel and travel outside the district for meetings, training, and client engagements are required.
Leadership and People Development
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Merchandisers.
- Foster accountability, engagement, continuous learning, and execution excellence.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback through field visits, one-on-one interactions, and team meetings.
- Identify development opportunities and create action plans for individual and team growth.
