Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and performance of multiple store locations
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and operational KPIs
- Monitor and maintain company standards in service, cleanliness, food quality, and customer experience
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and teams
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Support recruitment, training, and succession planning initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on business strategies and operational improvements
- Handle escalated operational concerns and provide effective solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience as District Manager, Area Manager, or similar multi unit leadership role
- Strong background in casual dining restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of sales performance, inventory management, and operational controls
- Ability to manage multiple teams and locations effectively
- Proficient in reporting, scheduling, and operational analysis
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to travel frequently between store locations
- Valid Bahrain or GCC driving license
