DISTRICT MANAGER II - Remote Camp Setting

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and think outside the box.
• Minimum of 5 years of Operations/Business Development experience
• Post-Secondary Education in Management or Business-related degree is considered an asset
• Familiar with current industry technology
• Demonstrated market awareness, branding, innovation to create competitive advantage
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain employees
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated financial management skills
• Valid G license and clean abstract required
• Competencies:
• Experience in multi-unit management, hospitality industry or hotel industry considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly challenging and change oriented environment
• Superior critical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and strong people management skills
• Results orientation/operational excellence
• Holding self and others accountable
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to successfully pass a Criminal Background Check
• Must be able to successfully pass Drug & Alcohol tests
• Work schedule and remuneration:
• Operations Managers work on a 44 hour work week but are flexible to curb the business needs and seasonal contract increases. Travel to site locations located in remote settings, requiring either air travel to site, or via ground on our shuttle is to be expected. You may be required to work nights, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays. Salary range: $105,000 - $110,000/year
