• ꞏRange of exploration terrains or belts (at least 2 ) and significant knowledge of at least 2 commodities, understanding a further 2 or significant depth of knowledge in single commodity or exploration process ꞏAt least 2 or 3 major classes of mineralization ꞏFull range of exploration methods and processes known, chooses the most effective ꞏBudgeting and finance skills ꞏKnowledge of several deposits from extensive field visits or minesite secondments ꞏDeduces three-dimensional geology from geophysical and geochemical information ꞏVisualizes describes and defends 3D geological ore body models for most target commodities ꞏReadily recognizes the unusual ꞏRecognizes consequences of anomalous data ꞏApplies the known to the unfamiliar ꞏDescribes geological trends ꞏDecisiveness ꞏDeveloping others ꞏStrategic thinking ꞏDiscovery/production orientation way of thinking ꞏWorked with other cultures ꞏStimulates enthusiasm for project and task schedule ꞏDelegates effectively with understanding ꞏLogical and well organized ꞏCan argue their case ꞏProven ability to get results through others ꞏFollows up to ensure timely task completion and quality results
