- Ensure distribution contract obligations are implemented effectively and address gaps.
- Recommend improvements to the distribution network to enhance utilization of GSK capital.
- Monitor and report on market trends regarding distribution services.
- Resolve downstream distribution challenges for GSK products.
- Implement commercial plans with distributors in adherence to GSK policies.
- Serve as primary liaison between GSK and distributors.
- Build and execute Strategic Account Plans with distributors.
- Address customer complaints efficiently.
- Ensure inventory management by collecting data on stock levels and shelf life.
- Analyze in market sales reports to formulate growth strategies.
Requirements
- UAE National
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with corporate ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Master's degree in business administration
- Fluency in English

Job Purpose
- We are inviting UAE Nationals to join our Business Operations & Distribution team in the United Arab Emirates as a Distributor Associate for 2 Years Full Time Graduate Internship.
Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- UAE National.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- Engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with corporate ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Master's degree in business administration is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
