Duties to include, but not limited to:

· Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principals of safety

· Pick and pack to ensure all orders are pulled and packaged properly to be loaded

· Ensure all orders are loaded properly on the correct trailer and all the paperwork is complete so the orders can ship

· Develop and maintain a clean, safe working environment and ensure participation in safety programs and required trainings

· Sort and move product interdepartmentally while operating and using a variety of material handling equipment, including, but not limited to, forklift, RF unit (hand-held), etc.

· Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and encourages team effort

· Perform other duties assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team, and/or company mission

· Adherent to attendance policy and ability to work a flexible schedule within reason

· Ability to work on assigned tasks while portraying excellent teamwork mentality

· Problem solving skills and innovative solutions

· Dynamic self-motivation

· Ability to maintain positive moral within the workforce

· Ensure inventory integrity

· High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Warehouse hand-held ERP technology experience a plus but not required - training will be provided

· Forklift certification/prior warehouse experience a plus but not required – training will be provided

· Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds

· Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time

Reports to: Distribution Manager/ Assistant Distribution Manager/ Supervisor
