Distribution & Delivery Associate

• Speak and write English fluently

• Pick, pack, and deliver store and home orders efficiently and accurately
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, maintaining organized routes
• Transfer materials between stores and production as needed
• Pickup and return snacks, supplies, and recycled materials
• Pull meals and snacks for orders and verify against invoices
• Pack, organize, and label all orders accurately
• Print, organize, and label daily invoices
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, refuel, and report maintenance issues
• Pick up supplies from vendors and manage department inventory
• Build delivery boxes and rotate ice packs
• Organize cooler and manage FIFO standards
• Put away newly packed meals and dispose of expired bulk items
• Count cooler inventory daily after order fulfillment
• Monitor and engage with other departments via Slack
• Communicate delivery updates, vehicle needs, and improvement opportunities to management

• Accurate and timely preparation of inventory and customer orders
• On-time and professional delivery to stores and customers
• Smooth coordination with kitchen, packaging, and store teams
• Maintained cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of the department
• Positive feedback from customers and internal teams

• Able to work at a swift pace on your feet for 3-4 hours at a time
