We are currently searching for a Distribution Coordinator reporting to the Manager, Forecasting & Replenishment. This vacancy is a full-time permanent or 14-month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing full goods listing activities across Beer Store sites. You will coordinate the distribution of beer products to retail locations and distribution centers, including replenishment, deliveries, redistribution, reverse logistics, and routing for brewers. The position also involves providing support to brewers, agents, and TBS sites, serving as the primary liaison between all parties involved.

Maintain optimal inventory levels at company sites by managing sales forecasts and adhering to store capacity
Monitor stock levels daily, address excess inventory through transfers or adjustments, and manage brewer fleet routing to ensure efficient deliveries and quotas
Perform weekly routing of Labatt’s and Molson’s fleet, including assigning pallet counts to each site to ensure sufficient inventory to support sales while meeting brewers’ quota and store capacity and combining orders to ensure full capacity of each trailer
Oversee the execution of Lobby Display programs, collaborate with the Space Planning team as necessary
Manage system maintenance in internal systems for new article listings, brewer expansions, and updates, ensuring accurate supply sources, replenishment types, and delivery schedules
Oversee activities for new store openings and closures, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely setup, inventory ordering, and smooth logistics for stock management
Serve as the liaison between Beer Store sites and brewers/agents, handling inquiries related to distribution issues, product availability, new listings, and emergency add loads
Address site concerns on inventory, scheduling changes, providing support for unusual circumstances like mold abatement or store relocations
Provide brewers with ad hoc reports related to inventory and orders
Coordinate empty pickups for industry glass in the most efficient and economical manner; send daily documents to brewers to provide them with MT pickup updates
Other related projects and duties as assigned
Completion of a Post-secondary degree in a related field is required
2-3 years of experience using SAP
2-3 years of experience working in inventory management in a retail, logistics or distribution environment
Must have a strong understanding of logistics operations, including store capacities, delivery constraints, driving distances, and varying store schedules. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to regional distribution specifics
