Distribution Centre Manager

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

Proven end to end supply chain leadership experience, ideally across high volume warehousing, transport, and customer fulfilment operations.

A strong track record running large and complex DC or logistics sites with 250+ employees, delivering results across multi shift or cold chain environments.

Exceptional people leadership capability, with the confidence to mentor, coach, and build technical capability within diverse teams.

Clear and influential communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the business.

Experience operating within a unionised environment, with the ability to build positive working relationships and support a stable industrial climate.

A continuous improvement mindset, backed by hands on experience delivering measurable efficiency, safety, and service gains.

A solid technical understanding of HACCP, OH&S, SQF, and cold storage processes, with a commitment to safe, compliant operations.

Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing operational budgets, analysing performance metrics, and driving cost control.

Flexibility to support operational demands, including weekend or public holiday coverage when required to maintain service and site performance.
