About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager to lead end-to-end distribution operations remotely in the UAE. The role involves managing inbound receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, outbound logistics, and workforce optimization.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute distribution center strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage daily distribution center operations including receiving, put away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control
- Lead warehouse teams, supervisors, and operational staff to achieve productivity, accuracy, safety, and service performance objectives
- Optimize warehouse layouts, workflows, labor utilization, equipment usage, and process improvements
- Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, on time shipment rate, inventory accuracy, fulfillment cycle time, productivity, labor efficiency, damage rates, and operational costs
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, transportation, sales, customer service, finance, IT, and executive leadership
- Implement inventory management strategies, cycle counting programs, stock control procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, security procedures, environmental requirements, and organizational policies
- Manage distribution center workforce planning including recruitment, scheduling, training, performance management, and employee development
- Oversee WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, automation technologies, and operational reporting tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in distribution center management, warehouse operations, logistics management, or supply chain operations
- 2+ years of experience managing large warehouse teams, distribution facilities, or multi shift operations preferred
- Strong understanding of distribution operations, warehouse management, inventory control, logistics planning, transportation coordination, and operational excellence principles
- Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, barcode/RFID technologies, automation systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and analytics tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, financial, and problem solving skills

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Master's degree or professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Logistics Professional (CLP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in distribution center management, warehouse operations, logistics management, or supply chain operations
- 2+ years of experience managing large warehouse teams, distribution facilities, or multi shift operations preferred
- Strong understanding of distribution operations, warehouse management, inventory control, logistics planning, transportation coordination, and operational excellence principles
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, barcode/RFID technologies, automation systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and analytics tools
- Familiarity with lean warehousing, process optimization, e commerce fulfillment, automation technologies, safety management, and supply chain analytics is advantageous
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, financial, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, workforce management, stakeholder coordination, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage high volume distribution operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, productivity, and customer service standards
- Ability to work independently in on site operational environments
