Role Overview
Required to stock DC shelves, pick, pack, consolidate, and ship to customers.
Operate material handling equipment within a high-volume temperature-controlled warehouse.
Assure team continuity across all warehouse operations.
This position may also be required to learn, perform, or be certified to assist within other areas including material control, logistics, or others as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Timely picking of required material using basic material handling equipment and devices.
- Complete electronic and/or manual verification of items picked for accuracy.
- Visually identify and report any variations and / or damaged inventory per documented procedures.
- Complete secure packaging, processing and / or shipment of orders as assigned.
- Load and unload trucks using manual and electric equipment as required.
- Perform physical and ERP goods movements using various forms of electronic devices and / or logs.
- Process stock transfers and material requests.
- Follow all provided control procedures and policies to complete tasks.
- Maintain and engage in promotion of a safe work environment.
- As business needs dictate, work extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include overtime.
- Cooper’s management team is committed to the development of and implementation of the quality management system and maintaining its effectiveness by communicating to the organization the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- General proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast paced, changing environment.
