Distribution Analyst

Position Summary

Position Responsibilities

• Own outbound support across US and Puerto Rico distribution centers, including fulfillment, shipment readiness, dock activity, carrier handoffs, and escalation.
• Monitor deliveries and open deliveries for aging orders, delays, blocked orders, discrepancies, and other risks.
• Resolve delivery blocks, push requests, zero-pick investigations, and warehouse cancellations by coordinating owners and corrective actions.
• Investigate Customer Service escalations involving fulfillment, delivery status, partial shipments, cancellations, and urgent customer needs.
• Monitor and resolve outbound SAP IDOC issues with BTS, 3PL partners, and internal operations teams.
• Coordinate Value Added Services readiness, execution, inventory, labeling, packaging, exceptions, and reconciliation.
• Support HVR/LVR processes and product complaint returns, including OZ requests, through timely closure.
• Analyze distribution data and improve physical goods movement, warehousing performance, delivery reliability, and operational efficiency.

Education and Experience

• Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or supply chain.
• Five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, and/or supply chain management.
• Experience with fulfillment services, warehouse operations, warehouse design, and system configuration support.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems used by external 3PL partners.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience using analytics tools to monitor operational performance and support issue resolution.
• Ability to identify trends, assess root causes, prioritize issues, and support data-driven decisions.
• Ability to investigate shipment delays, damages, and discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Knowledge of SAP, S/4, JDA, 3PL WMS platforms, or similar distribution systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
