Responsibilities
- Develop specific plans to prioritize work and organize tasks to accomplish it.
- Oversee and plan the organization's operational logistics.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend productivity and quality improvements.
- Train workers on duties and policies and conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work.
Requirements
- Supervise 5 to 10 people.
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, flexibility, organization, reliability, and proactivity.
