Role Overview
Dispatcher role coordinating ready-mix concrete orders, truck movements, plant loading, and project-site deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Receive and coordinate concrete orders from customers, sales teams, and project sites.
- Schedule transit mixer trucks based on delivery requirements and site priorities.
- Coordinate concrete production and loading with batching plant operators.
- Monitor truck movements and delivery status for timely site arrival.
- Maintain communication with drivers, pump operators, plants, sales teams, customers, and site teams.
- Communicate concrete mix, quantity, destination, and delivery sequence to relevant teams.
- Record truck, driver, site, concrete grade, quantity, loading time, and delivery status.
- Follow up on delays and notify the concerned supervisor or manager.
- Coordinate site readiness, concrete requirements, traffic conditions, and delivery priorities.
- Monitor returned or rejected concrete and report the details to the relevant department.
