Dispatcher

Work Location: Abu Dhabi – Khalifa City A

We are looking for a fast, organized, and experienced Kitchen Dispatcher to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate must have previous F&B (restaurant) experience, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

• Manage and monitor incoming orders from multiple delivery platforms.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team and delivery riders to ensure smooth and timely dispatch.
• Verify order accuracy before handing orders to riders.
• Handle order issues, delays, and customer requests promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and delivery partners.
• Ensure all orders meet quality and timing standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Dispatcher or in a similar role within the F&B/restaurant industry.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Good knowledge of POS systems.
• Familiar with food aggregators such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, and Keeta.
• Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize orders and meet dispatch timelines.

Pay: AED2,600.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
