YOUR DAY AS OUR DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

You're the friendly person who assists customers over the phone, stays on top of our job calendar, and coordinates technicians' movements to keep our workdays smooth.

Always professional and upbeat, you talk to customers when they call our office, answer questions, and address any concerns.

You're motivated to achieve results and deliver positive outcomes, efficiently dispatching technicians according to skill set, availability, and proximity to the job.

Throughout the day, you stay in touch with technicians, answer phone calls from customers, handle various administrative tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances to ensure seamless plumbing and HVAC service.

• 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience
