We are a growing corrugation packaging company based in Jeddah and are looking for an experienced **Dispatch / Logistics Incharge** to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams for smooth logistics flow.
- Plan vehicle schedules, route management, and shipment tracking.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery notes, and stock movement reports.
- Ensure loading/unloading is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Handle customer delivery commitments and resolve logistics issues promptly.
- Monitor transport costs and optimize dispatch efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dispatch / logistics operations.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is required.
- **Corrugation / packaging industry experience will be highly preferred.**
- Good knowledge of inventory, ERP systems, and logistics documentation.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
