Responsibilities
- Manage end to end dispatch operations for daily orders
- Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment processing
- Monitor order dispatches through courier partners and aggregators
- Ensure accurate order scanning, labeling, and shipment documentation
- Track shipment status and resolve dispatch related issues
- Coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily MIS reports
- Monitor SLA adherence and dispatch performance metrics
- Handle reverse logistics and shipment exceptions when required
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and dispatch processes
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in dispatch operations within e commerce or logistics companies
- Knowledge of courier aggregators such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, XpressBees, and Shadowfax
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment and shipment processing
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reporting)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Graduate in any discipline
