Position Details
The role is a Factory Dispatch Manager based in Rithala, New Delhi.
Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week.
The required experience is a minimum of three years.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily dispatch operations from the factory.
- Ensure timely packing, loading, and dispatch of products.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, challans, and other documents.
- Coordinate with transporters and delivery partners for timely deliveries.
- Ensure accurate stock movement and proper handling of goods.
- Monitor the dispatch team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in factory dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation and inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage dispatch operations independently and responsibly.
