KAAPRO is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to manage order processing, dispatch coordination, billing, and communication between sales, production, store, and logistics teams. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, dispatch, logistics, or order processing.

Responsibilities
- Process customer orders received from the Sales Team
- Coordinate with Production and Store departments for material availability and dispatch planning
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, E Way Bills, and other dispatch documents
- Arrange transportation and ensure timely dispatch of goods
- Track order status and update the Sales Team regarding production and dispatch schedules
- Maintain records of orders, invoices, dispatches, and customer communications
- Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Store, and Logistics teams for smooth operations
- Resolve order related issues and support customers effectively
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Dispatch, Logistics, or Order Processing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Summary
