- Coordinate and schedule daily dispatch and delivery activities
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, customers, and suppliers regarding delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, inventory movements, and operational activities
- Assist in resolving delivery and logistics related issues
- Prepare operational reports and update management on delivery status
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Department
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or administrative support preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
