• Provide customers with pickup confirmations, shipment status updates, delay notifications, and guidance on documentation deficiencies.
• Monitor shipment movement from pickup through transit and dispatch, proactively addressing exceptions and service interruptions.
• Liaise with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, Customs, and DG Verification teams to ensure smooth shipment processing and delivery execution.
• Prepare and maintain daily dispatch, pickup, and pending shipment reports while ensuring accurate system updates and record management.
• Manage operational exceptions, including failed pickups, customer rescheduling requests, Return-to-Shipper (RTS) cases, and escalation of delayed or critical shipments, while ensuring end-of-day closure and status reporting.
